Terms and Agreement
Welcome to The Click Experts (TCE) Academy, the online platform for our Field Technician course. By enrolling in our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Content and Access:
a) The Field Technician course includes access to online materials, video lectures, and quizzes.
b) You will have a total of 3 months from the date of enrollment to complete the course and obtain your TCE Academy certificate.
c) The portal will close three months after the completion of the course. If you require additional access to the course after this time, a fee of $50 will need to be paid to regain access for another 3 months.
2. Equipment and Material:
a) This course is designed to be completed without the purchase of any equipment or material. Any equipment or material recommended for this course is not required.
b) TCE will not pay or reimburse payment for any equipment, materials, etc. that customers purchase out-of- pocket for this course.
3. Money-Back Guarantee:
a) If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 7 days of enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund.
b) If you complete the course within the first 7 days, the 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply, and all sales are final.
4. Employment Guarantee:
a) Completing the Field Technician course does not guarantee employment of any kind. TCE is not responsible for securing employment for its students.
5. Arbitration:
a) Any and all disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of California.
6. Eligibility:
a) To enroll in the Field Technician course, you must be at least 18 years of age or older.
b) TCE reserves the right to reject any enrollment application for any reason.
7. Course Requirements:
a) To successfully complete the Field Technician course, you must pass all quizzes with a score of at least 70%.
b) You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for accessing the course materials.
c) You must not share your login information with anyone else, as this is a violation of our terms and conditions.
8. Intellectual Property:
a) The course materials, including all videos, text, and images, are the property of TCE and are protected by copyright law.
b) You may not distribute, share, or reproduce any of the course materials without the express written permission of TCE.
9. Limited Warranty:
a) TCE makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the course materials or the suitability of the course for any particular purpose.
b) TCE does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or obtain any particular result from completing the course.
10. Limitation of Liability:
a) TCE will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from or related to your use of the course materials or your inability to access the course materials.
b) In no event shall TCE’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the course.
11. Privacy Policy:
a) TCE will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
b) By enrolling in the Field Technician course, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.
12. Modification of Terms and Conditions:
a) TCE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b) Any modifications will be posted on the TCE website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
c) Your continued enrollment in the Field Technician course after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
By enrolling in the Field Technician course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not enroll in the course.
