TCE Academy grants enrolled students a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Course content, videos, documents, training materials, downloads, and resources may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, sold, sublicensed, shared, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from TCE Academy.

3. Pricing and Membership Plans

• Intermediate Annual – $299.99 per year

• Pro Annual – $399.99 per year

• Entrepreneur Annual – $5,000.00 per year

Monthly Plans

• Beginner Monthly – $19.95 per month

• Intermediate Monthly – $29.99 per month

• Pro Monthly – $39.99 per month

• Entrepreneur Monthly – $500.00 per month

TCE Academy reserves the right to modify pricing, membership plans, package offerings, and subscription structures at any time.

4. Refund Policy and 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

TCE Academy strives to provide high-quality educational content and services. To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, eligible purchases are covered by our Seven (7) Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligible Refund Requests

Customers who purchase an eligible course, membership, subscription, program, bundle, package, or service directly from TCE Academy may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

TCE Academy’s Right to Designate Promotional Offers

TCE Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to designate any offer, discount, coupon, affiliate offer, referral offer, partnership offer, introductory pricing, beta-access pricing, bundle pricing, special promotion, or limited-time sale as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Refund Deadline

• Clients

• Third-party certification recognition

• Any specific outcome

Individual results vary based on factors including experience, effort, skill level, geographic location, market conditions, employer requirements, industry demand, and economic conditions.

6. Certification Disclaimer and Non-Accredited Certification

Certificates issued by TCE Academy are certificates of completion and training only.

TCE Academy certificates are issued solely by TCE Academy and are not accredited, endorsed, approved, or recognized by:

• Any governmental agency

• Educational accreditation body

• College

• University

• Certification authority

• Nationally recognized accrediting organization

unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Employers, organizations, institutions, and licensing bodies may evaluate TCE Academy certificates differently, and acceptance is solely at their discretion.

Completion of a course does not create any guarantee that a certificate will satisfy any employer, regulatory, licensing, or educational requirement.

7. Partnership Program

TCE Academy offers a voluntary Partnership Program.

Participants may earn commissions on qualifying first-month purchases generated through their referral links.

Current Commission Rates

• Beginner Package – 10% of the first month’s payment

• Intermediate Package – 20% of the first month’s payment

• Pro Package – 30% of the first month’s payment

• Entrepreneur Package – 40% of the first month’s payment

Commission Terms

• Commissions are paid quarterly.

• A minimum balance of $100.00 must be accumulated before payment is issued.

• TCE Academy reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

• TCE Academy may suspend or terminate the Partnership Program without prior notice.

• Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination of participation.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Share login credentials

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious content

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Interfere with platform operations

• Use services for unlawful purposes

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, presentations, training materials, curriculum, trademarks, logos, software, website content, branding, downloadable resources, and educational content remain the exclusive property of TCE Academy and TCE Technologies.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through enrollment or participation in any program.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCE Academy, TCE Technologies, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
