1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any TCE Academy course, website, training program, certification program, Partnership Program, educational material, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Access

TCE Academy grants enrolled students a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access TCE Academy course materials solely for personal educational and training purposes. Course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, training materials, downloads, curriculum, assessments, graphics, photographs, and other resources, may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, redistributed, republished, sold, sublicensed, shared, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from TCE Academy. Students may not share their login credentials or provide unauthorized individuals with access to TCE Academy courses or materials.

3. Pro Package Pricing and Payment

TCE Academy currently offers the Pro Package for a one-time payment of $297.00. The Pro Package is a one-time purchase and is not a monthly or annual subscription. Unless otherwise specifically disclosed and agreed to at the time of purchase, customers will not be charged recurring monthly or annual fees for the Pro Package. From time to time, TCE Academy may offer:

• Discount codes
• Coupon codes
• Affiliate offers
• Referral offers
• Partnership promotions
• Introductory pricing
• Flash sales
• Limited-time offers
• Special-event pricing
• Other reduced-price promotions

When a customer purchases the Pro Package through an authorized promotional or discounted offer, the price displayed and accepted at checkout will be considered the customer’s purchase price. TCE Academy reserves the right to change the standard price of the Pro Package or offer temporary promotional pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future purchases and will not retroactively change the amount paid for a previously completed purchase.

4. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

TCE Academy strives to provide high-quality telecommunications education and training. All qualifying purchases of the TCE Academy Pro Package are protected by a Seven (7) Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility for a Refund

A customer may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the customer’s refund request must be received by TCE Academy before the expiration of the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee period. Customers are not required to provide a specific reason for requesting a refund during the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee period.

Full Refund

If an eligible refund request is received within the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount actually paid for the purchase. For example, if the regular Pro Package price is $297.00 but a customer purchases the course through an authorized promotion for $197.00, the customer’s eligible refund amount will be $197.00. Customers are entitled to receive a refund of the amount they actually paid and not the regular retail value of the course. Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount of time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, credit card company, or financial institution.

Promotional, Affiliate, Referral, and Discounted Purchases

The Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to qualifying purchases regardless of whether the customer purchased through:

• Discounted offers

• Referral links
• Partnership promotions
• Introductory pricing
• Flash sales
• Limited-time offers
• Special-event promotions
• Special pricing
• Other authorized TCE Academy promotions

  Purchasing through a promotion, affiliate link, referral link, coupon, discount, partnership offer, or other authorized special offer does not eliminate the customer’s right to the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The customer’s eligible refund will equal the amount the customer actually paid at the time of purchase.

Refund Deadline

After seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests received after the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee period may be denied. The Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not create a right to receive more than the amount the customer actually paid for the applicable purchase.

5. No Employment, Income, or Career Guarantee

TCE Academy provides educational and paid training service opportunities. We place students in paid training programs at their request, and we work with our partners to provide you paid training opportunities. We cannot guarantee any availability of work which is heavily dependent on your location, experience and state of the economy. Enrollment in or completion of the TCE Academy Pro Package does not guarantee:

• Job interviews
• Promotions
• A particular salary
• Income
• Earnings
• Business success
• Government contracts
• Private contracts
• Customers
• Clients
• Career advancement
• Licensing eligibility
• Employer acceptance
• Third-party certification recognition
• Any specific educational, employment, financial, or professional outcome

  Any information provided by TCE Academy regarding salaries, job opportunities, career opportunities, business opportunities, employment demand, potential earnings, or industry growth is provided for informational purposes only. Such information should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of individual results. Individual results vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

6. Certification Disclaimer and Non-Accredited Certification

Certificates issued by TCE Academy are certificates of training and/or course completion only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TCE Academy certificates are issued solely by TCE Academy and are not accredited, endorsed, approved, or certified by:

• Any governmental agency
• Educational accreditation body
• College
• University
• Professional licensing authority
• Certification authority
• Nationally recognized accrediting organization

  Employers, organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, licensing bodies, and other third parties may evaluate TCE Academy training and certificates differently. Acceptance or recognition of a TCE Academy certificate is solely at the discretion of the organization or individual reviewing it. Completion of a TCE Academy course does not guarantee that the certificate will satisfy any employer, licensing, regulatory, governmental, educational, or professional requirement. Students are responsible for independently confirming any licensing, certification, educational, or employment requirements that may apply to their individual career goals.

7. TCE Academy Partnership and Affiliate Program

TCE Academy may offer a voluntary Partnership or Affiliate Program allowing approved participants to earn commissions for qualifying purchases generated through authorized referral or affiliate links.

Pro Package Commission

Unless a different commission rate is communicated to the participant in writing, qualifying sales of the TCE Academy Pro Package may earn a commission equal to 30% of the qualifying purchase amount. TCE Academy reserves the right to offer different commission rates, bonuses, incentives, promotional commissions, or other compensation arrangements.

Refunded Purchases and Affiliate Commissions

If a referred customer receives a refund, the transaction will no longer qualify for an affiliate or partnership commission.   Participation in the TCE Academy Partnership or Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership between the participant and TCE Academy.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the TCE Academy website or learning platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share account credentials
• Share course access with unauthorized individuals
• Copy or redistribute course materials
• Record or reproduce protected course content without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to TCE Academy systems
• Circumvent technical or security protections
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with website or platform operations
• Use TCE Academy services for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent their relationship with TCE Academy
• Attempt to resell TCE Academy course materials
• Engage in conduct intended to harm TCE Academy, its customers, instructors, employees, affiliates, contractors, or partners

  Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account or course access.

9. Intellectual Property

All TCE Academy course materials, videos, documents, presentations, training materials, curriculum, assessments, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, software, website content, branding, downloadable resources, and educational content are owned by or licensed to TCE Academy and/or TCE Technologies. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws. Purchase or enrollment gives the student permission to access the materials for personal educational use only. No ownership interest or intellectual property rights are transferred to a customer through purchase, enrollment, participation, or completion of the course. TCE Academy materials may not be:

• Copied
• Reproduced
• Resold
• Distributed
• Shared
• Republished
• Publicly displayed
• Commercially exploited
• Incorporated into another course or training program

  without prior written authorization from TCE Academy.

10. Course Information and Educational Content

TCE Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful educational information. However, telecommunications technology, industry standards, equipment, software, employment requirements, safety standards, regulations, and recommended practices may change over time. Students are responsible for following applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, employer requirements, workplace policies, and professional safety requirements when performing telecommunications or technical work. Course materials are provided for educational purposes and are not a substitute for any license, certification, supervision, safety training, or regulatory requirement that may apply to a particular job or location.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCE Academy, TCE Technologies, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of TCE Academy services. This includes, without limitation:

• Lost wages
• Lost employment opportunities
• Lost business opportunities
• Lost contracts
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Career-related losses
• Consequential financial losses

  TCE Academy does not guarantee that its website, learning platform, course materials, videos, downloads, or other services will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or limit any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, waived, or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

TCE Academy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s account for conduct including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized sharing of course materials
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials
• Copyright infringement
• Intellectual property violations
• Abuse of website or platform features
• Illegal activity
• Attempts to compromise website or platform security
• Conduct that harms TCE Academy or its users
• Unauthorized resale or distribution of TCE Academy content

  If an account is terminated because of a material violation of these Terms, TCE Academy may deny continued access to course materials. Nothing in this section eliminates any consumer refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

• Instructors

  TCE Academy may temporarily interrupt access to its website or course platform because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, software updates, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. TCE Academy does not guarantee that every course lesson, instructor, platform feature, or resource will remain unchanged indefinitely.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

TCE Academy’s website, training materials, or services may contain links to third-party websites, software, services, products, equipment, employment websites, or other resources. TCE Academy does not control all third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, pricing, or practices. The inclusion of a third-party link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by TCE Academy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of any third-party service they choose to use.

15. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers who believe they were incorrectly charged or who have a billing concern are encouraged to contact TCE Academy directly so the matter can be reviewed. Customers who are within the Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee period may request a refund in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms. Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights available to them under applicable law or through their financial institution.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

TCE Academy reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms and Conditions may be posted on the TCE Academy website with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law. Continued use of TCE Academy services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or TCE Academy services shall be handled in accordance with applicable California and federal law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies or disclosures presented to the customer at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between the customer and TCE Academy regarding use of the applicable TCE Academy services.
